TURNAROUND TIMES and ORDER OPTIONS

A link within invitation listings is provided with the CURRENT TURNAROUND FOR 1ST PROOF, and the Proof Turnaround time is also prominently displayed on shop avatar, policies page and shop banner! Due to the nature of graphic design listings - the majority of which are for printable designs, you are being charged for our time and service - which CANNOT be canceled or refunded once work has begun on your order. Please NOTE that orders are placed rather quickly into our proof production queue. Once in the queue, if no work has actually yet been done, and you request a cancellation - all cancellations are subject to an $8 order cancellation inconvenience fee.

INVITATION WORDING/PERSONALIZATION

SUBMIT your Invitation Wording via email AFTER placing your order as instructed in the listing details.
Please DO NOT ORDER if you do not yet have the INVITATION TEXT & INFORMATION for your event! Invitation Design Orders cannot be kept open or on stand-by for more than a week. If you are not sure about your event date, place, or information or are still gathering information, please DO NOT place your order until you are absolutely ready and sure. Thank you for your cooperation. If a customer submits an order without invitation wording/personalization and it is not provided to us within less than 7 days, the order will be cancelled subject to an $8.00 cancellation fee to cover the time required to enter a credit transaction into our accounting system, enter a cancellation request via the online marketplace system and request the online marketplace to refund the commission fees assessed to our account for an order, and to enter a PayPal refund transaction.

OUR INVITATION DESIGNS ARE NOT SOLD BLANK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

We clearly describe in all invitation details how the process works and what the options are. We do NOT sell any of our designs as blank templates.
If a customer places an order without reading and assumed it was for a template, any cancellation request will be subject to the $8 order cancellation inconvenience fee - no excepions

Q: CAN YOU CREATE A PROOF FOR ME BEFORE I PLACE AN ORDER?

A: This is NOT possible - All work is done only after receiving a PAID order.

Q: DO THE HIGH RESOLUTION PRINTABLE FILES INCLUDE A "BLEED MARGIN"?

A: YES! This is absolutely essential for a professional quality printed product. I do NOT offer files without bleed margins as they are a very important printing industry standard to ensure nothing important gets cropped off at print time.

Q: HOW MANY INVITATIONS ARE INCLUDED FOR THE PRICE?

A:Please READ the entire listing of the invitation design you liked. ALL of the important information is there! You will read that there are 2 options - EITHER a FLAT price for a personalized printable file (so that you can print on your own) OR Select from the various professionally press printed packages in the different available quantities listed on the DROP-DOWN Menu. The flat fee for a personalized printable invitation design is for high resolution files emailed to you after you approve your proof and no physical invitations will be shipped.

Q: MAY I HAVE THE SAME INVITATION DESIGN WITH 2 DIFFERENT PARTY DATES FOR THE SAME PRICE?

A: Unfortunately, NO. MULTIPLE /DIFFERENT PARTY DATES - An additional $5 charge (per date) will apply if you need to use the same invite for multiple party dates (for the same person & event). Please contact us after placing your order to arrange this.

Q: MAY I CHANGE TO ANOTHER DESIGN ONCE YOU HAVE ALREADY BEGUN WORKING ON MY FIRST PROOF?

A: Unfortunately, NO. Once we have dedicated work to your first proof, you may not change to another design/card style. You would need to place an order for the NEW design, and a refund for the original design order is NOT possible. Please understand that we are charging you for our time to customize a card style for you and once we have dedicated work time to your order, we CANNOT RECOVER THE TIME ALREADY SPENT.

Q: CHANGE OF SIZE ? This ONLY APPLIES to designs offered in 2 sizes

A: Once we have begun working on your first proof in the size you have selected on your order, Size may NOT be changed. Unfortunately, changing to another size is not as simple as a click of a mouse. It literally requires us to create a new file from scratch and begin work all over again.

If you find you must change invitation size once we have worked on your proof already, there is an $10.00 charge that applies - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Q: WHERE SHOULD I PRINT MY CARDS / ANNOUNCEMENTS / INVITATIONS?

A: After you have approved your proof we will email you the HIGH RESOLUTION files ready to print (both a JPG and a PDF. You may then UPLOAD the high resolution JPG file to any online photo lab just like you order regular photo paper prints. Many of our customers swear by COSTCO & SAM'S CLUB for great prints. Many customers also use SnapFish, & Shutterfly etc.

For printing on cardstock, I do NOT make any recommendation - you will need to search online or at a local printing facility.

DO NOT USE VISTAPRINT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE AS THEY DO NOT OFFER TRUE 4x6 no 5x7 PRINTING - THEIR SPECS WILLL NOT WORK WITH STANDARD SIZE FILES

Q: DO YOU OFFER 2 INVITATIONS PER PAGE?

A: YES, but ONLY upon Special Request PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR ORDER. If you make this request AFTER you have approved your proof and we have emailed you your printable high resolution files, an archive order and retrieval / setup fee of $10 will apply.

This is usually a request that customers wanting to print at an office supply store make (I don’t really recommend office supply stores for print quality but if you are not too picky then it is okay). Most professional printing companies that offer digital press printing require just one per file. Some office supply stores, while they do offer printing services, are more of an office supply/copy service company and may offer different options but the printing industry standard is one invite per page/file. I design my printable files for high quality professional printing according to industry standards.

Q: CAN THE SAMPLE WORDING BE CHANGED ON ANY OF THE DESIGNS?

A: Absolutely! The wording on the design sample is just for that - sample purposes! We do expect you to probably want to change the wording - remember that all of our designs are customizable! We recommend you use the sample invitation image as a GUIDELINE as far as quantity of wording/text is concerned so that your wording is not too excessive that it may not fit.

Q: CAN THE INVITATION DESIGN COLORS BE CHANGED?

A: This is possible ONLY FOR SOME DESIGNS - not all. Please INQUIRE WITH US FIRST. If a color change is possible, a $10 design color change fee will apply.

Q: HOW MANY PROOFS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?


A: Up to 3 rounds of Proofs which is a REASONABLE number to arrive at what you are envisioning. Any revision request over 3 proofs will require a $5 fee per new proof. HOWEVER please remember that once you give your approval to a proof and we have already emailed you the high resolution file, any further changes or new proof requests will require a $10.00 fee - see below for more details.

Q: ONCE I HAVE APPROVED THE PROOF & RECEIVED MY FILE - I HAD A CHANGE OF PLANS OR REALIZED I MADE AN ERROR & NEED REVISIONS - CAN YOU DO THIS AT NO CHARGE?

A: NO. Once you APPROVE your proof and we have emailed you the HIGH RESOLUTION files, the order is considered CLOSED and archived for a very short period of time.

This short period of time is approximately 2 weeksand in order to make any changes to your APPROVED file, we will need to retrieve your file from the archives and charge you an archive retrieval and edit fee of $10.00 - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please NOTE that with invitation edits NO PROOFS WILL BE SENT - edits will be made per your instructions and FINAL REVISED HIGH RESOLUTION FILES will be emailed to you. This is not negotiable. Editing a closed order does not entitle a customer to new proofs.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU PRINT YOUR CARDS

Please review VERY CAREFULLY your proof for text and grammar errors - we cannot be held responsible for any errors after approval of the proof has been made. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you have a sample of your design printed before having the full batch (all) of them printed. NO REFUND will be issued for cards you have already printed if you approved your proof and there was an error.
We are not responsible for your personal printer color output. Colors are professionally calibrated for photo lab printing, but printing at home and on cardstock may produce slight shade variations, so printing a sample is strongly recommended!

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY
For poor print quality provided by the printing place you select.
For helping you to figure out how to print using your home printer nor to provide troubleshooting assistance.
Once we have provided you with the high resolution printable file via email you are on your own with regards to printing - printing assistance is NOT part of the service with your purchase
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that if you are not comfortable with printing on your own that you order instead a print package

Premium Press Printed Invitations/Card Packages are printed using professional printing presses on extra thick/heavy smooth 130 lb. card stock.
All printed packages INCLUDE Blank White Envelopes and EXPEDITED SHIPPING via FEDEX Express
Once customer approves invitation/card proof - COMBINED TURNAROUND for Printing/Shipping/Delivery is approximately 2 to 3 BUSINESS Days

Online Mobile Devices and Desktop Color Monitor Displays

Please keep in mind that every mobile device and computer monitor has different color calibration, and your order may or may not be the exact color variations that you see displayed. Please expect slight color variations depending on your device settings

Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your experience and will mutually work with you under reasonable circumstances as long as you have not yet approved your proof and order has not yet been printed. The design service portion of the order cannot be refunded once work has already begun or been completed - however if you wish to cancel the printed portion of your order - in the event you have ordered a print package, you may do so but only if you have not given proof approval and order has not been sent to print. Once a customer has provided us with proof approval for printing, orders go to print production queues and CANNOT BE STOPPED and thus cannot be refunded. Due to the personalized printed nature of printed orders, we cannot accept a return for a refund or credit as printed invitations/cards cannot be resold to another customer.
